IPHONE 3G - Home Screen Picture

i just recently did the iso 4 update for my Iphone 3G and i am not able to have a homescreen picture. I also jailbroke my phone and am still having a trouble trying to put my own photos as my background on the home screen. Can anyone help me!!!! Thanks

It's not available for iPhone 3G
However you should be able to do it on Jailbreak but I'm not sure 'cause I'm not jailbroken.
