Unfortunately, we updated a 3g iphone in itunes this morning and now it's in restore mode and won't recognize the tmobile sim. Purchased this phone used on ebay and it was already jailbroken and unlocked. How do we get it back to tmobile's service and out of the restore mode? I've looked at countless videos on Utube, but to no avail. Please HELP! (It has a black back to it).

You never update a JB and unlocked iphone to official firmware thru itunes.
If you updated it to the latest 3.1.3 it cannot be unlocked to work with Tmobile any more.
It will only work with at&t sims now.
You can still JB it and use it an ipod touch but thats about it for the moment till a new unlock is released in the future.
