I tried to jailbreak my iPhone 3G that was on 4.2.1 with a 5.14 bb using Redsnow by installing the 6.15 bb. In the middle of the process the phone turned off and now I can't get it to turn on or respond at all. When I plug it into iTunes, it says that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode, but if I try to restore I get an error that says, "The iPhone could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build."

I tried option clicking the restore button and restoring with a custom 4.2.1 IPSW that I downloaded from a post I found in one of the forums from a user with a similar problem and it says it can't restore and gives me the unknown error 1600. Any ideas?
