iphone 3g jailbreak problem

hi i have a iphone 3g with 3.1.2 fw on it and the home button is fried i jailbroke with blackra1n and when i install cydia and start it it just says its loading data for ever cant use any other troubleshooting methiods because i cant ssh on to it and i also tried installing rock and i couldnt download any help would be awesome thanks

You can upgrade it to 3.1.3 and then use jailbreakme.com to jailbreak it.

1. download 3g 3.1.3 firmware to your PC
2. Open Itune, hook up your phone to your PC, hit shift + restore at the same time. Itunes will allow you to pick a firmware to restore your phone.
3. Pick 3.1.3 and Itunes will restore your phone.
4. Activate your phone using original sim.
5. jailbreak your phone using jailbreakme.com
6. if you want to unlock your phone, then install ultrasn0w from Cydia to unlock it.
