iPhone 3G (Jailbroken) won't upload photos to facebook

Hi everyone, hoping someone will have some advice. I received a used and jailbroken iPhone 3G for Christmas. When I first got it I could upload photos from the phone to facebook. Now, every time I try, it says 'Your photo could not be uploaded at this time. You can save this photo and try to upload it again later.' But I never can. I can't upgrade my software because my phone is jailbroken.

Sounds like a problem with the facebook app to me!;)
