Hey guys,
This is a bit of advise as well as a query, I am not the bill payer for my O2 iPhone tariff which is currently £45. I stated my case that the bill payer/ account holder is away on business for the next month but I still want the iPhone from an O2 store on July 11th. Well after kicking and whining about O2's disaster on Monday they put me down as an authorised user, meaning I can upgrade the phone on the account holders behalf. Has anyone done this before?
I know AT&T have a similar method in America but never heard of it from O2.
