iPhone 3G on Two Computers

I am considering a iPhone 3G. I will be using it on a PC for work with the Exchange server and my home laptop with all of my iTunes, video, etc. Is this possible to do with the iPhone or is it required to get MobileMe?

Exchange is set up on the phone so you don't need to sync it with your work PC.

Thanks. I was concerned because when my IT department set up my Treo 755 they had to connect it to my work laptop the first time and then it syncs on its own. I cannot get iTunes installed on my work laptop to be able to do the intitial setup.

Just set it up at home with your personal use, then you set up Exchange on the iPhone itself.
