iPhone 3G only sync with one computer?

I got my iPhone yesterday (sold off my 2nd gen iPod Touch) and unlike my touch, it won't let me hook it up to any PC I've got an add music to it - it tells me it can only by synced with one computer at a time - keep in mind I'm not syncing, I've set it to be managed manually... Anyone know how to get around this?
