iPhone 3G or iPhone G3, which is it, O2?

I cant take a picture because the text is too small for my phone camera to pick up but if you get the "O2 Pay Monthly Tariffs" sheet from the Apple Store and check the small print it says "iPhone G3 can only be used on O2 wireless services"

Just thought I would point that out, along with the fact that if you look at the huge difference between the £30 and £35 tariffs, you wonder that the point is of the £30 tariff, I mean, for £5 less a month I can get 400 less texts! Woo!

Heh, I think someone in O2 just got confused ;)

And yeah I don't understand the £30/month tariff either. O2 will have some sort of reason for it, there'll be some demographic who wants a £30/month tariff with crap allowances.

Well, you could either say,

3G (3rd generation, referring to cellular generation)
2G (same as above)

1G (1st gen iphone)
2G (same as above but 2nd, = iphone 3G)

For the two last you could flip the letters, like 1G becomes G1 and 2G becomes G2. There is however nothing called G3.

A bit confusing :D
