Iphone 3g OS 4 + unlocked + apn profile = tethering

Hi all,

I have an iphone 3G with OS4, unlocked with ultrasn0w, unlockit.co.nz apn profile, and medianet (non iphone data plan) and the built in tethering works.

Without the unlock the option was not showing up but after the ultrasn0w unlock it appears to be working.
