Iphone 3G - Power not turn on "Help"

I have an an Iphone 3g, running IOS4.1, baseband 06.15 and was unlocked with Ultrasn0w 1.2. It was running fine until 2 days ago, I forgot to charge it and therefore, the battery drain completely. Since then, it will not turn on no matter what I do, plug it into wall charger for few hour to make sure the battery has some juice in it. Plug it into my PC with holding power button and home button at the same time for minutes.

If anyone has any suggestion on how to bring my phone back to life. I appreciate all your suggestion.
