Hello there, I have a 3G Iphone that since I updated my Itunes to the latest version yesterday is no longer recognised by Itunes. I have been told to reset my factory settings and then re connect my phone to the computer as it will then be recognised as a new phone and wil lre connect. problem is i have tried to reset the factory settings and the part where you hold the home button down for ten seconds to get the Yellow Triangle asking to be connected to Itunes does not work.
