Because I started my plan in early May of this year and do not have a first generation iPhone, I am not upgrade eligible. I have someone else on my plan that DOES have an iPhone and doesn't plan on using her upgrade. I was wondering if I could use the other person's upgrade, but still have both of us keep our own numbers.

Yep, I've done the exact same thing previously on my Family Plan. As long as one person is eligible for the upgrade you can take advantage of the upgrade for another person on the account. (It wouldn't hurt to call and confirm the info due to all the changes to their policies)

I would call if I were you: just to be sure. Then again, sometimes the reps aren't all that helpful. It's worth a shot.
