Iphone 3G ready to be sold?

I plan on selling my 3g on craigslist, i just want to make sure that none of my info is on the phone and is safe to sell.

I did the settings->erase all content and settings option, and now the phone asks to be plugged to an itunes account. Also i removed the sim card.

Is that all i need to do?

Also I registered the phone when i first got it (like a year ago), do i need to be worried about the serial number or whatever tied to my personal information?

Yes, that's all you need to do.

Just restore everything back to factory setting and you'll be good. And take your sim card out also.
