Hi.
I have an iPhone 3G S 16 GB Black. When I go to maps, and select my current location and click send as mms or email, it says I'm sending a contact called contact.
Is this normal? It should say I'm sending a location not a vcf contact?

That's exactly what mine does too.

However, I then sent it to myself, and when I received it and opened the contact it contains the map url, and touching that opens it in maps. It also allows you to add the info to the contacts app.

Apple keynote

But at the release of the 3.0 sdk They showed It as it sends as a location not a contact. Is there a fix?

There's no reason to fix it. It does send the location, but it sends it as a contact file. It's not sending your or anyone else's personal information, but it is sending your current location.

True but it should send as a location. Like at the apple 3.0 sdk keynote
