Can somebody with a iPhone 3G S on Pay as you go please tell me the average 3G data speed you have gotten ? Some people are saying it's restricted to 400kbps, but before I make the choice about PAYG or contract, I want to make sure what the Internet speeds are, as this is the primary reason for me buying.
