iPhone 3G says Camera is "full"

Every time I try to take a picture it says "it's full and to delete pictures to add more". There are no photos on the iPhone, and there are gigs left of space. I tried a restore and still nothing.

Anybody else have this problem? I guess I need to make another trip to the Apple Store.
