Hi Everyone

This is the first time this has ever happened. I was opening a website link through Twitterific (iPhone app) and the screen has just hung up. If I press any button on the screen or the physical buttons - nothing happens. I've held the buttons for a few minutes to try and do a hard reset (if it exists)... but so far, nothing.

I've also tried connecting the iPhone to my Macbook - nothing there again.

Any advice?

Did you do the hold the lock button and the round one on the front?? My phone did the same thing I just took it back to the apple shop and they exchanged it even through they got it working!!!

Cheers bud, got it sorted by pressing the two buttons simultaneously (as you correctly pointed out).

no problem, although the woman at apple said that you shouldn't do that too often as it can damage the phone. Your best to turn the phone on and off about once a week or after using a big app to clear cache memory!!! I does stop it from crashing!!:D
