Ive got a 3G running the Whited00r 3.1.3 based firmware, everything seems to be fine other then when im making a call.

I know that the proximity sensor is there to stop the screen being pressed by your face and I know that it is supposed to light up again as soon as you move it away.

Well mine isnt.

If i cover the sensor the screen goes black, but then it remains black, I have to end the call by pressing the power/lock button a few times then it will light up again.

I do not have a case on the phone so it isnt that.

I have noticed aswell that the proximity sensor is 'flickering' red during the call, not sure if thats meant to happen?

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this as I make a lot of calls where I still need the keypad or check something on the phone!
