iphone 3G security configuration

I have my iphone 3G set for a password on startup and re-login from sleep mode.

Iphone is jailbroken, but SSH deactivated. The root password is individualized. Obviously there is no native iphone encryption.

Provided this configuration is anyone able to get hands on the information stored in the iphone in case of lost or theft?
