My iPhone works fine apart from when playing out of the internal speaker. The headphones work fine and works fine when plugged into a dock. I noticed that when plugged into via USB, if i push the input of the USB into the phone slightly, it will play music out of the speakers, but when i let go it goes silent. Is there any known fix for this problem?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

Open it up and check the connector it's the big square ribbon cable on the bottom left. If its connected then there is a short and for $5 you can replace the whole unit!

Is this the only known fix or is there other methods, don't feel like taking it all apart, but if worse comes to worst, i will.
