I'm not sure whether this was reported earlier, but I was browsing around letsgomobile and searched for iPhone. There were two hits, the regular iPhone and an 'iPhone 3G 16GB'.

Notable features from the page:
  • Video recording
  • MMS
  • Java
  • 16 GB flash
  • Polyfone ringtones
  • Voice memo
  • Photo editor

The page writes it's "coming soon at T-Mobile".

Since I'm ON T-mobile, I'd love for this to be true. I've heard that the next update would be 16 gigs along with the 3G, but if you'll notice on the same page it says the iPhone can't browse the web. Kind of a big mistake if you ask me.:p

Sadly, I gotta go with 'fake' on this one.

T-Mobile, Polyfone ringtones(already there)... Bull excrement.

Agree it's probably BS and it's to be hoped those specs aren't accurate. Did anyone else notice the line that says:
Internet browsing: No
:D

How do you know that? You dont. The agreement could just be for iPhone V1.

Don't you think there would be alot of pissed off people if that happened, plus the FCC would be involved as they have deliberatley misled consumers, they just simply couldn't get away with it.

About the ringtones, I thought it only did wave ringtones. My bad.
