okay i have read and tried everything to solve this problem. I have done the hard reset countless times and nothing but the apple screen appears. Many posts say i have to restore the phone in iTunes but this is where my situation gets hard.
My phone wont recognize my iphone and neither will my itunes. I have two usb ports on my HP Dv6 laptop and neither work. ( this has been a problem for over a month nothing i tried in the past would allow my laptop to recognize my iphone so i could sync it.)
Any ideas how to solve this problem if i cant get my phone to be recognized on my computer in order to reset it?
now its stuck on the black screen with the usb picture and the itunes icon. i'm lost
