Hey guys,

New to the forums, so sorry if this (or a variation) may have been posted before.

I've got a 3G running OS 3.0 (old, I know).

Everything's been running fine, then I did a Cydia complete upgrade today and the iPhone crashed whilst installing the updates.

The phone turns back on, gets to the Apple logo, a loading wheel appears, then it hangs for around a minute. After that, it flashes white and reboots itself.

It's been looping like this for over 2 hours and i've tried all the basics (hard reboot, DFU then exit, tiny umbrella) but I'm stumped.

I haven't backed it up (due to a crashing iTunes) for over 9 months and I don't want to lose the pics/msgs/contacs - if possible. :(

Please someone, any info would be great!!

Thanks in advance.
