iPhone 3G syncing error message yet syncs fine

Hi every time I go to sync my iPhone 3G I get an error message saying it could not be synced )i've attached a picture) yet it does actually still sync everything fine so why does this message appear??

iTunes 8.2 and got message before and after updating iPhone to 3.0, its been happening for months.

Anyone got any ideas?
