So I got an iPhone 3G a while back but my when my phone vibrates ( a text or call ) the vibration seems loose and angry and doesnt sound smooth like my previous one did, I'm just worried it will lead to some more problems, should I exchange it? and yeah it has a light leak also but I dont care that much about it.

I actually noticed this on mine too. I just live with it though...

If what you're describing is a rattling sound, it's definitely not normal and you should exchange your iphone for a new one. My first 3G rattled noticeably when it vibrated and Apple exchanged it for a new one.
