someone will make an adapter for video conferencing on the 3g iphone? I know I've seen an video adapter for the portable psp, how hard can it be to make one for the the 3g iphone?

This would not be possible on iPhone 3G. With the manufacturing of a video conferencing add-on comes the requirement of operation software.
In order to create this software, the official iPhone SDK would have to be used, and the SDK regulations state that development of dock connector accessories is prohibited.
The dock connector is not accessible to developers, through the iPhone SDK.
