Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

Fully admit I'm posting this on my iPhone without having properly vetted these or apple's boards yet but this is just weird. Set aside my apple tv 2 issues, I just noticed a gnarly bug ("feature"?) with the 4.2 upgrade on the iPhone 3G. When you double tap the home button the audio control box pops up but the back and forward buttons are grayed out and only the play button appears active (even if music is playing and it should be a pause button, it's still a >). The lack of attention to detail is frustrating.

For what it's worth, I was feeling good about the update as the 3G was feeling a bit snappier with the new software. Ultimately that's more important than this issues I guess but I want to eat my cake too.
