My 1st post but a long time fan of this site!! :D

I'm suddenly having a problem with my iphone 3g wifi and can't seem to fix it. I always have a strong signal in my house and yesterday I noticed it wasn't connecting unless I was standing within 5 ft of the router. I've tried restarting the router, reconnecting to the network on the phone, and even restoring the phone. Could the antenna have become loose from it being dropped? Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? I'll eventually upgrade the phone but I've recently moved and have really bad at&t service.. I'm trying to hold out for the iphone 4 if it hopefully comes to Verizon.

Thanks for the help!!
