Iphone 3g wifi problem

hey every one
i have an iphone 3g. just updated to 3.0.1 . jailbroken

the iphone wifi shows full signal but when i try to access it

it doesent work

some times it says unable to connect
some times it connects but doesent work
some times it connect but can access for few seconds only(weather, safari)

plz help

I had the same problem. It should be able to connect to networks that do not have a password. But it wont be able to connect to password protected networks...

I took my iPhone into the apple store just 2days ago and they replaced it for me right there and then. They will only do that if its under warranty. Also if your going to take it into the apple store make sure you restore your phone before you do as jailbreaking voids warranty.
