iPhone 3G wont charge??

Hey guys i have a jailbroken iphone 3g with supercharged.. supercharged allows it to go all the way down to 1%, and i ran it all the way down last night. I plugged it in and it said 1% charging. I went to bed and woke up and it was at 1% with the fully charged logo at the top. i rebooted and now its at 100%!! Any ideas what that was?

I dont know though, i have had Supercharged for a long time now.. i think its just because i ran the battery down all the way..
