Hi. I actually have an iphone 3g which is kind of broken. The vibrate switch and volume rockers are missing and the sleep wake button is broken and the phone will not recognize sim cards, which means the slots broken, It is out of warranty, but can i get apple to replace it for free some how. The reason im wondering is because my 4s was stolen

I don't think that Apple replaces out of warranty or stolen phones. If I were you I would ask them if there is a way to track down you stolen 4s (given that it was a registered one).

The replacement will cost you as its out of warranty. Apple will not do anything about the stolen 4S, all they will do is register on their servers that it is stolen and not offer anymore support for it (Apple told me this when I had my iPod Touch stolen)
