I recently bought a iphone 3g factory unlocked iphone off ebay & it doesnt reconise my sim ....when i have manage to sync it with itunes it says no sim please insert original sim to activate..i have contacted the seller & she says its definatly factory unlocked ..can anyone help me try & solve my dilema please
 
If you jailbreak it with Redsn0w, it will activate the iPhone. Otherwise you're going to need a dead or active AT&T sim to activate.
