Hi, I have a new-to-me iPhone 3G running iOS 4 to finish out my last 2 years of my 3 year contract (I'm currently using a very-dysfunctional BB) with my phone provider at which time I'm really hoping something more recent will be available from eBay at a decent price

Anyway.. when I plugged it into my computer & launched iTunes for the first time it asked if I wanted to sync my calendar, mail account & contacts. I said yes. So it synced my calendar and mail account but did not sync my contacts. I've been trying to force it to sync my contacts, but even when it says sync complete my contacts are not there.
Will I have to put them in manually?
