iPhone 3GS 16GB refurbished?

I looked all over the AT&T site and Apple, and so far I only came as far as the 8gb model. Any help? I want it with a contract.

if you want it with contract, then AT&T's and Apple's website are your only two options, and as you know, they no longer carry the 16gb model.

now, for the price of a 3GS, you could buy a refurbished iPhone 4 16gb from AT&T's website for only $99.
