iphone 3GS 3.1.2 jailbreaked/unlocked froze after reininitialisation

dear Gurus,
I made mistake when I want to format my iphone
I formated everything and when reboot start, it freeze at apple logo
I tried to connect it my laptop (windows XP sp3) but itunes didn't see/recognize it
I read some forums and tried to go to DFU mode, so it was detected via Itunes and asked me for restore
I tried a modified fw (iPhone2,1_3.1.2_7D11_Restore.ipsw ->306MB)) in order to restore it but it give me an error message saying "the iphone "iphone" could not be restored this device isn't illigible for the requested build.

unfortunately we don't have any apple service center where I'm living
can someone please help me and save my iphone's life (and mine too)?

Unless you have your SHSH's saved thru cydia you will not be able to restore it to anything but the latest firmware out 3.1.3

I can see those infos when I connect my phone on UDF mode to my laptop:

using "umbrella firmware" it gives me the opportunity to generate a .shsh file using my ECID and send it to one of these reposetory : - " Apple" - "saurik cydia"- and even "localhost"
now I just send it to cydia.
do you think I have chance now to recover the phone?

No.
Apple stopped signing/releasing 3.1.2 shsh's as soon as 3.1.3 was out.
If you don't have them on file or saved thru cydia u will not going to able to restore it to anything but 3.1.3.
