iPhone 3gs 3.1.2 stuck at geohot image, file on cydia only for 3.1.3

Hello.
I ran in kind of problem...
I have iPhone 3gs, that needs blackra1n every time i turn it on. Problem began few days ago, when it got stuck, so i had to reset it, and when i tryed to blackra1n it, it got stuck...
I tryed few more times and than it worked.
That happened also next day, and i had to do blackra1n like 20 times.
Now i this does not work anymore and it gets stuck everytime.

Problem is because i have on cydia only files for 3.1.3 so i cannot restore it to 3.1.2 as i normaly did.

I have sbsettings and SSH, but i think i turned it off :/

I have 05.11.7 modem firmware and 6.4 bootloader.

What can i do?
 
ohh, i forhot to mention...
I need to have it UNLOCKED :/
that might be a problem, right?
 
Definitely a problem...

This happened to me and I tried every fix possible but I ended up having to upgrade to 3.1.3 and live without a JB for a few months.
 
ok, now i tryed something else, because i could not create hat SHSH file.
I downloaded custom firmware 3.1.2 for iphone 3gs and now i get everytime error 1600.
This is because i have already jailbroken iphone?
i could bypass with ireb, but it does not support 3gs :/
any other suggestions?

I have iTunes 9.1.1 and i still get error 1600, even if i want to upgrade to custom firmware 3.1.3.
That link for 16xx error is not for iphone 3GS :/
 
You can download itune 9.03 from http://www.filehippo.com

You're right, that 16XX link is for 3g, not 3gs, try itune 9.03 and report back please, that might fix the 16XX error.

edit: after more research, seems like your only option is OEM 3.1.3 with 5.12 unlockable base band.

Error 1600 means you cannot use that firmware.

You're sol man.
 
yes, i understand 1600 error means that i cannot use that firmware.
But im wondering why?! Because i i have 3gs on 3.1.2 and why cant i instal custom firmware 3.1.2 or 3.1.3?

Cause you had a tethered JB 3GS.
If you didnt and your iphone was pwned you could skip the whole firmware check thru Apples servers and you could install a custom IPSW.
