Iphone 3GS 3.1.2 Stuck in DFU Mode.

I was at 4.2.1 stuck on a recovery loop. So i used the TSS server to restore to 3.1.2 and used ireb to put it into a pawned DFU, it goes all the way through and apple says its complete and syas wait for reboot, but the phone does not reboot and after the wait for reboot, itunes detects it and says please restore, i then try to restore and constantly get the error 1600. Any ideas? And yes i have tried to hold the power and home button for 10 seconds, when i do this my Windows computer makes the sound that it has been disconnected but as soon as i let go it reconnects still in DFU mode. ??

No i didnt, im still able to go back up to 4.2.1 but then it goes back into recovery loop.

You try kicking it out of recovery with tinyumbrella?

ive tried everything when it was in 4.2.1 to get it out of recovery mode.
