iPhone 3GS 3.1.3 MC Model Previously Jailbreaked

Unfortunately I had to restore and update my iPhone 3GS MC Model to 3.1.3. I was previously jailbroken on 3.1.2 and had my SHSH stored on Cydia.

What method can I take to jailbreak or downgrade to 3.1.2, or am I screwed and just need to wait it out?

You are probably "screwed" as far as unlocking, but if you want to jailbreak and you do have your SHSH on Cydia, follow the guide created by the master himself, Saurik
