I am in England on O2.
When connecting to WiFi, my internet is perfect and runs as smooth as a baby's bottom :)... However, whenever I connect to a 3G connection, even with full bars, I cannot connect to anything remotely connected to internet.
Safari won't load pages, facebook application, IM applications. Nothing seems to work on 3G.
Anybody know how to get the 3G connection working? Thanks.

not connecting to 3G

Hi

I know this may sound daft but is 3G / 3G data set up on your mobile phone account?

If you can connect to other services via 3G on the phone that would indicate 3G is set up, but some times if it is active on the account the network can get caught in a 'loop' where by it thinks its there but it is not fully activated.

If you cannot connect to any 3G services drop O2 customer services a call and their technical support should be able to help.
