iPhone 3GS 4.01 Hacktivation HELP

Hi. Here are my stats:

iPhone 3gS
iOS 4.01
Baseband 05.13.04 [iBoot-359.3]
Bootloader 6.4
Model MC131

I haven't got a valid SIM card to activate the iPhone so can't use ULTRASNOW or JAILBREAKME yet, can any help me hacktivate the iPhone so I can Jailbreak the phone????

I have a Swisscom & Rogers Pay as you Go cards.... Any idea?
