I have jailbroken and unlocked my iPhone 3Gs 4.3.3 but it has issues.
For starters, the lock / power button does not work.I upgraded to the 6.15.00 iPad baseband, and used RedSn0w to jailbreak. The serial number is the 46th week, so I did the selection for the new version.
My issue is that every time I unplug the iPhone from my MacBook, it works perfectly for about 15 minutes or so and then just shuts off. No warning, nothing at all. I plug it back in, and it isn't recognized in iTunes, but RedSn0w still sees it as in DFU mode. So I take the logic board out, and wiggle the battery connecters just for shiggles, and reassemble it. Plug it in to my computer, and poof, iTunes sees it. So I have RedSn0w 'boot it into tethered mode', and it powers back up like nothing happened. How in the world do I fix this? It is obnoxious and I want this to be a once functional phone again. Not a computer leash.
Please help!
Thanks,
Mitchell
