Iphone 3GS 5.0.1 no activation

Hello.

I am having some problems with my iphone 3GS that I can not solve:s

I had my iphone jailbreaked with 4.3.3 and with iPad baseband. but as didn't need to preserve baseband no more. I did a fresh install from apple software 5.0.1.

But when it upgraded from itunes, when I get stuck on the iPhone activating screen and I can't pass through that:s
