Iphone 3gs- 5.1 firmware 6.15 Baseband- keeps restarting

I have recently came into a 3gs that I tried to unlock and jailbreak using redsnow. I installed the ipad baseband also. After installation it took forever just to get the Ipone to full come on. It was stuck on recovery screen. Now I have it on, it doesnt go no farther than the activation screen and it keeps restarting it self. Any suggestions??

I have 3gs jailbroken with 6.15. but for some reason ultra 1.2.5 won't a;;ow me to unlock. I tried ultrasnow fixer. no luck. I can use as an iPod but I want phone. any suggestions? thank you

Look in Settings/General/About

If a bunch of fields are empty, you killed the cellular radio

If the 1st five of your serial is greater than xx127xx you killed the cellular radio.

what i would recommend is downgrade to 4.1 apple is still singing 4.1 i downgraded two iphone 3gs with success download the 4.1 ipsw from http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ than put your iphone in DFU and shift restore or option restore and select the 4.1 ipsw you will probably get an error 1015,1013 thats good then download ifaith and put the device in DFU again and dump shsh and create an ipsw with your shsh and restore sounds a bit complicated but it works i was able to bring back thoes tow iphones that ihad updated to 5.1 with ipad baseband try it and tell me if it workd

If he fried the cellular radio, doing this won't help.
