Can someone please tell me which US stores are still selling the old iPhone 3GS for $99?

The AT&T stores have them, 8GB, for $49. I bought one last month - my first iPhone. I believe that is the only version of the 3GS currently for sale.

None, but you can cop it for $49 from Apple/AT&T-Mobile.

There was never a contract free 3gs for $99 just fyi

There was never that option.
1st all US GSM iphone's are locked to AT&T and there is no official unlock available.
2nd that price was only with a 2 year AT&T contract.
