the 1st one is about the 3gs, wouldn't sync on itunes or the computer recognized it, and the battery only charges to 10%.so a made a reset to it and now is always stucked on on the apple screen(is jailbroken).
the other issue is about a cracked iphone 4 touch panel. would like to know if is possible to separate it from the screen.

For the 3GS: If a hard reset is not working, you could try toggling in then out of DFU mode when connected to iTunes.

The iPhone 4's LCD, digitizer, and glass are all one unit (bonded together), so there is no way to separate them. You will have to purchase a new display assembly. Be sure to choose the correct version for your phone (GSM or CDMA) as the connections for each are different. iFixIt is known to be reliable.

but itunes or the computer detecte the iphone
.

If DFU did not work, try Recovery Mode. This should put it in a state that iTunes can see.

already tryied, didn't work at all, guess that is because the batterie only charges 10%, doesn't go above.
batterie and dock connector already changed, the problem still continue.
