The hardware:
MacBook running Snow Leopard
iPhone 3GS running iOS4, but issue occurred on 3.1.3
iPod Nano, just purchased for my wife.
The software:
iTunes 9.2
Me:
About six foot one and considered fetching by some.
I am syncing both devices to this MacBook. At first, after I imported her CD's, all was well. I was able to sync my smart playlists to my iPhone and her smart playlists synced to her iPod. Without warning, I synced my iPhone and her music started syncing on my iPhone.
- unchecking her songs and syncing my iPhone didn't help
- turning off live updating on all smart playlists didn't help
- nothing is checked under "artists" or "genres"
The only significant change has been the installation of iLife '09.
Am I missing a setting? Should I wear my hair differently? Should I not have giggled when Jobs couldn't get on a Wi-fi connection?
