iPhone 3GS compared to Palm Pre

Today I finally got to see a Palm Pre. I would love to find any excuse to dump AT&T! So I was having lunch and next door was a Sprint Store. They had two Pre's to play with. Nice phone but NOT an iPhone. The speed reminded me of the 3G, opening contacts was SLOW, Same for the calender. I even did them side by side. I didn't like typing on the keyboard either. I must say Apple has spoiled me rotten! I found the iPhone has it all over the Pre. The new G3S blows it away. There was a young guy in there buying the Pre and he heard my comment and I showed him how much faster the G3S was, he said they both were the same speed. I felt bad for the guy.

Good try Palm, but better luck next time.

You know we have a long running thread regarding the 3GS and the Pre, perhaps you'd be better off posting there instead of creating a new thread :rolleyes:
