iphone 3GS crash after updating ipad baseband

hey everyone, im using iphone 3GS with an ipad baseband 06.15.00. I tried to update my phone and restore it, i get a 1015 error. My phone is in the recovery mode.

I tried to google it but i didn't find a useful, step by step solution so please i really need a way to figure this out.
