After 3 weeks of my new iphone screen going dark when ending a call, to being dark virtually all the time, I sent to Apple to diagnosis. They are sending
it back claiming " subjected to accidental damage or misuse " therefore not covered under warranty. This phone has never been abused, Apple's own forums have discussions of dark screens, and at ATT I was told it happens to 1 in 50. I have not seen a thread on this... common out there or not?
